Located in Brimley, Michigan Jere Farms has become one of the Eastern Upper Peninsula’s most diverse small farm. Jere Farms brings the largest variety and selection of cuts of our naturally heritage farm raised pork, beef, lamb, chickens, turkeys and egg layers. Our USDA inspection and MDARD licensed sales of the highest quality of meats allows Jere Farms to offer retail sales for individual sales for individual piece sales. Wholesale is also available with custom cutting of 1/4 and 1/2 beef, 1/2 or whole hog and 1/2 or whole lamb. Sales are available in our on farm retail stand located in Brimley, in addition to the farmers markets located in Sault Ste Marie, St. Ignace, Newberry, Paradise and Hessel. Our animals are raised on our pasture and given a grass based diet in order to offer the best quality to both our animals and our customers. Statewide retail and wholesale is available when Jere Farms brings our meats to lower Michigan every 6- weeks. Our sales stops include, Newport, Monroe, Erie, Saline, Kalamazoo, South Haven, Grand Rapids, Zeeland and we are hope to make a stop along our way for a stop if you live somewhere in between our designated stops.

Produce is one of the largest sought after products during the spring, summer and fall. We have outgrown our single hoop house and the adding of 2 additional hoop houses in 2023 with help expand our produce growing operations and allow us to provide produce earlier and later into the year. We have integrated vertical growing methods and have developed a dense growing practice to help keep up with the demand for FRESH and LOCAL produce naturally grown. We encourage farm visits to observe our growing practices and see the hard work that is put into providing the highest of quality and diverse variety. Wholesale and custom growing is just another way that Jere Farms separates itself from traditional farms by providing select and specialty items for the wholesale for church camps, restaurants and grocery stores. Wholesale also includes produce for all your canning needs and winter storage crops.

Jams, Jellies and Syrups are additional taste of the farm. With the addition of a Commercial Kitchen that allows the farm to provide value added products right from the farm. Salsa’s, Tomato sauce, pickles, dilly beans, pickled beets, premade to go salads, smoked chickens, pulled pork and other specialty meat items will be added to the products available from the farm.

We have butcher dates for every month of 2023 and we can guarantee plenty of pork, beef, lamb and chickens all year!!!!! Plan on filling your freezer plan your year accordingly.

We will be butchering in December for our last processing for the year!

How To Order

Step One: Visit the Jere Farms “Order Form“ located on this page

Step Two: Fill out the order form and select your pick up location along with choosing the products you would like to order

Step Three: Submit the order form and wait for a confirmation email to be sent to you (Check your spam folder)

Step Four: Once your order is completed, Jere Farm’s will send you a confirmation email stating we have received your order. You will NOT receive an invoice prior to pick up.

Step Five: Go to your pickup location on the designated date agreed upon and receive delicious food from Jere Farms
